Absolutely. Symptom Media’s videos range from 5 to 20 minutes length and can be used for any type of program. Symptom Media can be used in lectures, discussion groups, and embedded within a Course Learning Management System. Symptom Media offers activities around video cases without the diagnosis listed, so instructors can design their own questions, assignments, assessments and tests around videos, tailored to their course’s learning objectives. You can ask questions such as “what is the diagnosis?” or “what symptoms are you seeing?” or advanced questions such as “what would your follow up next steps be?,” “how would you deescalate this person and situation,” or “is there a dual diagnosis?”
How easy is it to access and use Symptom Media’s library of courses, videos and activities?
Very simple. An organization will purchase seats, register each user by entering their name and email address, and the user will receive their own login credentials. From there, the user will login and can access all courses, videos and activities as well as all new releases throughout the duration of their license.
Do you offer group licenses?
Yes. Symptom Media has two types of group licenses. Symptom Media offers seat based licenses, discounted based on the number of seats you purchase, and organizational accounts, priced based on the size of the department, university or organization.
